Im not sure if grey celtic salt is suppose to have grit in it, but it does it hurt my teeth.

We love this salt. Its healthier and replenishes much needed nutrients. Using this daily has been great. While a little more dense than iodized salt, we know this is due to not being stripped of all the things that are important. Many uses for this.
